- Quotes are valid for 7 business days from the date of issuance due to variations in raw steel market indices.
- Prices are subject to applicable GST taxes unless clearly stated otherwise in the commercial invoice.
- Technical drawings submitted for custom runs are verified by our technical desk before confirming bulk pricing rates.
2. Delivery & Logistics
We target swift local dispatch across MIDC Ahmednagar and nearby areas:
- Stated delivery timelines are approximate and subject to standard warehouse processing limits.
- The client is responsible for verifying structural dimensions and grade counts upon material arrival at their factory yards.
- Any transit damage or loading variations must be reported in writing within 48 hours of dispatch drop-off.
3. Payment Terms
For B2B orders, payment guidelines are strictly enforced:
- New partnerships operate on a 100% advance or Letter of Credit basis.
- Credit periods for recurring MIDC corporate accounts are determined upon credit evaluations and contract signings.
- Delayed payments attract interest at standard commercial lending rates.
4. Intellectual Property
All logo marks, graphics, copywriting layouts, code, and stylesheets on this website are the property of ANIL STEEL TRADING CO. Sourcing, scraping, or duplicating pages is strictly prohibited.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra.
