Thank you for partnering with ANIL STEEL TRADING CO. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the guidelines regarding order alterations, returns, and material exchanges for our B2B industrial fasteners.
1. Custom Orders & Blueprints
For fasteners produced or modified to custom specifications, technical blueprints, or specific threading cuts:
- Once production commences on custom specifications, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned.
- We strongly recommend double-checking blueprints and requesting a physical sample run before signing off on full production releases.
2. Standard Inventory Returns
For standard stocked inventory (such as standard Grade 8.8 hex bolts, standard washers, or standard nylock nuts):
- Returns are accepted within 7 business days from the delivery date.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging packs, and in the same quantities as invoiced.
- Returned lots are subject to a 10% restocking inspection fee.
- Transportation costs for return shipping to our P-44, MIDC yard are the responsibility of the client.
3. Defective or Incorrect Material
If there is a variation in grade compliance or dimensional measurements compared to the confirmed purchase order:
- Notify us in writing within 48 hours of shipment arrival.
- We will arrange a free logistics pickup, complete a metallurgical inspection, and issue a prompt replacement or credit note for the verified deviations.
4. Cancellation Guidelines
Standard B2B orders can be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not already been dispatched from our Ahmednagar warehouse facility.
